Michele Sofisti boasts a multifaceted profile that reveals a particular focus on sensitive issues such as sustainability. With a degree in Geology from the University of Parma, he began his career as a geologist working in Italy and Germany before becoming CEO of Ferrari's German subsidiary. He then moved to Switzerland, where he made a name for himself in the watchmaking industry, working for Omega, Swatch, Gucci Watches and Girard Perregaux. After working as a consultant for the National Geographic Society, he founded Sofos Management in 2005.
He is currently a partner and CEO of Nzatu, a regenerative agriculture company in Africa, and a partner at Spin.vc in London.
